JW Computer Systems supports smaller business network, in general from 5 to 50 workstations. We prefer to have service contracts with our clients in which we provide reliable services at a predictable cost.  We are fully insured, and our insurance coverage is available upon request.

We operate primarily in Southern Montgomery County, with most of our clients located in Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, and nearby areas of Prince George County. For clients that are within six miles of our office, we provide service with no cost for travel time.

We support the servers, the workstations, the notebooks, the handhelds, the printers, the scanners, the operating systems and the application software. If it’s connected to your office technology infrastructure, we make it work.

We pride ourselves in listening well to our clients, responsive to clients’ requests for prompt, timely, reliable, and effective service. Our clients have systems that work properly and reliably. Within our niche, no one provides better or more cost-effective service than we do. We find ourselves welcome and appreciated at our client offices.

Most important, we support end users, in-house technical staff, and the management team. In short, we come prepared to make your technology environment productive and trouble free.

JWCS currently supports more than three dozen business networks in the metropolitan Washington area. We respect our clients’ right to privacy, so we do not advertise their identities on our website. In general, our clients are professional offices (attorneys, consultants, accountants, architects, etc.), schools, nonprofit organizations and associations, sales offices, and video productions firms. These firms run from five to fifty workstations, both onsite and remote, some from other countries.

John Williams, President

John Williams (Ph.D. Princeton) has been working with information system technology for decades. He has taught  graduate courses in computer applications, designed major environmental information systems for managing endangered species, and has supported information systems that are designed to better achieve management objectives.

Galina Williams, Office Manager

She is an artist, and previously was office manager for the Wildlife Foundation, located in the Russian Far East.

JWCS is online 24 hours a day seven days a week. We are closed New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
